Great use of "the rule of thirds", crop the top down so there are no breaks in the tree line, you cut the boat wash away on the left. Keep trying, you might get a good shot if you work at it. Don't be lazy bend your knees, the 5'10' disorder gets a lot of amature photographers. Also add some contrast to bring out the high lights and work on those mid tones some.
